After a few days of rest after this great dance marathon we would like to honestly THANK YOU!!

Thank you for amazing performances as well as for your great participation. It was an honor to welcome world winners from previous years as well as new dancers, new schools and new countries. As organizers - the whole ILMA TEAM - we always remember to give the highest attention to all dancers all the time. We do believe that we have managed that this competition as well and the whole ILMA TEAM went to 130%. We do believe you could feel it from each team member all over the house and during the entire 7 days. Let's not forget to thank you for being on time for all your disciplines. To be able to manage two dance halls and three dance floors is a unique achievement, not only for the organizers to put the schedule together, but also for all dancers, coaches, judges and of course the audience too. For your better orientation in the daily schedule, we have come out with a great innovation - QR code, schedule updates, and also posibility of checking the schedule on your hotel room TV ..... that was an amazing help too.

We believe that you all did appreciate these updates. To make sure you will all be judged fair, we have invited VIP judges and experienced WADF judges. All together we had 42 judges during the whole championship. You had a chance to see excellent performances on the dance floor. There have been many new schools as well as new countries. You could see world dance winners next to the beginners. They all expected great competition, top judges and fair judgments. Your bright eyes that we could see during the medal ceremony were proof of the fact that we have managed that well. Once again it was our honor to make so many dancers happy. Thank you for your positive energy and your warm behavior, that had given us the strength to go through such a challenging event so successfully. We do believe you all had a good time and was taken good care of during your stay. The 2017 Championship is over, but we are already working on WADF World dance Championship 2018.

Dear dancers, dear trainers,

We are getting closer towards the opening of 2017 WADF World Dance Championship in Liberec! Here are several pieces of information about check-in and start fee payment. Since this year’s participation is high we decided to prepare two options for checking in: VIP CHECK-IN and REGULAR CHECK-IN, this involves also a start fee payment.

VIP Check-in is available only for the ones who made payment in advance without the option of repayment.

Regular Check-in allows making some final changes however the condition is to be present there by 9:00 am on the particular day of competition at the latest.


VIP check-in = check-in via e-mail. The payment will be ratified and paid in advance (transfer to account. You will receive all the documents and payment confirmation after your arrival to Liberec.). Schools which will use this option will receive everything already prepared in a bag under their names. In this case there is no option of refunding the start fee!

Competitors can cancel their performances before the transfer is implemented by filling special form, which we will send you if needed. The form will be handed to scrutineer but the start fee can’t be refunded.

The benefit of VIP check-in is that the clearance is very fast and you don’t have to spend your time in a queue.

Summary: If you wan’t to have everything ready for your team and you don’t want to stay in a queue, it is possible to pay your start fee to our bank account. We will gladly send you it’s number after confirmation your start fee.

Regular check-in is available since Monday 17:00 till the late evening.

-        since Tuesday your can check-in your team every day since 6:15 to 8:00 am for the particular day of competition and after 8:00 am it is not possible to cancel your performances for the particular day. The start fee will be counted for the day and if you are not present at the check-in by 8:00 am the day you compete it is needed to pay the particular start fee.

-        E-mail precheck-in is possible via e-mail This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. since every following day 8:00 – 17:00 for the following day of competition. Changes can be accepted only after filling the form, see the attachment.

-        Evening check-in 17:00 – 23:00 for every day since Sunday.

CHANGES IN START LIST can be accepted only via special form which you can find in the attachment. Please send this form to the e-mail address: This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.. Only changes related to cancelation of a dancer or displacement of a dancer into different category will be accepted.



Please don’t forget to upload your music on our server. You can find the list of disciplines on our websites in section Time-schedule. Please find there the particular number of discipline you are competing in and then go to this link ....................... and upload your music according to the instructions. In case of any changes or deleting the track, save the code of your track which will be displayed when sending and uploading intothe database.
